“My situation is an unfortunate situation that happens more often than you know, I was wrongfully accused and charged with first degree murder …they ignored evidence that pointed to someone else who they knew and charged me. Keep in mind my case isn’t a case where we got in a car and left with the intention to go looking for the victim. No! Not at all! We were at a Halloween party that turned out that way. witnesses even said I tried to defuse the tension….” From an interview with BTD Radio, California
In Medford there was, and probably still is, the most Brady/Giglio-listed bad cops in the city than any other municipality in Middlesex County. One would expect that police departments would strive for perfection, but the opposite is usually true: unclean hands, arrogance and bad actors.
The Karen Read case laid out how bad things are, and it was put on a national platform: Here is some info from A.I. on the web - While an audit of the Canton Police Department found significant mishandling of the investigation, it did not find evidence of official corruption or conspiracy, though the defense and its supporters claim the investigation was flawed and biased

David Yarde’s position is this: David Yarde did not shoot anyone.

So how do we free David Yarde?
Dr Empress Rose writes this: David Yarde: At just 22 years old, David was convicted of second-degree murder—a crime he has consistently maintained he did not commit. Since 2012, he has been incarcerated, fighting not just for his freedom but for the recognition of a system that got it wrong. Behind prison walls, he has defied limitations—continuing to write, record, and release music that bears witness to injustice while radiating resilience. His persistence is relentless; unyielding and tenacious in his pursuit to become a better musical Artist than he ever was. His recent “Free Me” single has gained global attention from the outer world.https://drempressroseg.page/home/blog/7647889/david-yarde-music-hitz-from-behind-prison-wallsHailing from the rich cultural roots of Barbados and the Jamaican islands, RudeBoiiiDaArtist is a genre-blending musician, whose music moves between the fire of Hip-Hop and the soul of Reggae. Police Conduct and Public Trust: Allegations of Misconduct in the Karen Read Investigation.
When the very foundation of justice – public trust in its enforcers – begins to crack, the reverberations can dismantle a case. In the Karen Read murder trial, allegations of police misconduct have become a crucible for testing this trust. Historically, public confidence in law enforcement underpins the very concept of "policing by consent," ensuring investigations are perceived as fair, impartial, and credible.
Yet, the Read trial became a stark example of how this can be challenged, as the defense launched a full-frontal assault on the integrity of the police investigation. Claims of misconduct, evidence mishandling, and even a "cover-up" became central to Read's defense, casting a long shadow over the proceedings
